what i love to do.
fashion & beauty:
I am also very interested in the areas of fashion and beauty, particularly from a marketing perspective. I enjoy following a number of online fashion and beauty blogs, and seeing both local and international trends.
travel:
For three months in 2010 I worked as a volunteer teacher and construction worker in Peru, through Antipodeans Abroad and Peru's Challenge. It was an amazing experience, and I learnt a great deal about South America and its different cultures. Furthermore, it helped cement the love of travel which developed from a childhood spent travelling and living abroad. I have subsequently maintained this passion through extensive travel in Europe and Asia.
international marketing:
I participated in a 3-week summer studies unit that focused on international marketing in Europe and the Middle East, and visited companies such as L’Oréal in Paris, Havas Media in Dubai, Cubo in London and Zara/Inditex in Spain.
